TRM International has a new opportunity for a UX Designer to join a Rapidly evolving Team. The company focuses on providing Unique Information Systems.
The role is for a UX Designer that is excited by challenges and wants to be a part of shaping a new system.
This is a hybrid role combining working from home and travelling to offices based near Amersfoort.
The Opportunity:
Own and contribute to the discovery, planning, design, development, testing, implementation and continuous improvement of your product.
Design user-focused experiences with intuitive interactions and visuals.
Help to establish, document, and evangelize UX best practices, governance, and processes.
Drive design decisions in collaboration with peers and product managers, and communicate compelling reasons behind design decisions.
advocate for UX best practices and conduct research.
Iterate on designs based on UX review feedback and developmental constraints.

Keen problem-solving and organizational abilities are necessary.
