Enterprise Sales Digital Banking


TRM International has a great opportunity to join a Global Fintech firm who provide a technology solution that enhances digital banking services, with a focus on data personalised recommendations for their clients.

We’re looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales person to strategize, increase market share, and lead the business from the ground up for the UK or Southern European region. Reporting directly into the VP of Sales, this is an amazing opportunity for a self-starter with a strong reputation and traction in the digital banking space. This role can be based out of London, France, Portugal, or Spain.


Responsibilities:

· Develop, execute and deliver on sales strategies, achieving sales targets

· Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet/exceed sales objectives and key performance metrics through ongoing outbound prospecting and business development activities, converting inbound leads and other referrals.

· Identify, build and manage partners, including resellers and alliances, to generate pipeline and scale the business across multiple markets.

· Represent the company at industry events, webinars

· Maintain complete and accurate records of all sales activity throughout the sales cycle in the company’s CRM system

Skills:

· Software sales experience, ideally in Digital Banking

· Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large deals.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Able to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
