Enterprise Sales, FINTECH EMEA, £240,000 OTE - Remote


TRM International has a great opportunity to join a Global Fintech firm who provide a technology kit that, enhances digital banking services, with a focus on data personalised recommendations for their clients.


We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Director to execute sales strategy, increase market share, and lead the business from the ground up for the Southern European region. Reporting directly into the VP of Sales, this is an amazing opportunity for a self-starter with a strong reputation and traction in the digital banking space. This role can be based out of London, France, Portugal or Spain.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and deliver on sales strategies, achieving sales targets

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet/exceed sales objectives and key performance metrics through ongoing outbound prospecting and business development activities, converting inbound leads and other referrals.

  • Identify, build and manage partners, including resellers and alliances, to generate pipeline and scale the business across multiple markets.

  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars

  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all sales activity throughout the sales cycle in the company’s CRM system

Skills:

· Several years of software sales experience, ideally in the Financial Services sector

· Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large deals.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Able to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

· Experience in fintech or Cyber Security industries preferred.
