TRM International is looking for an experienced IT Transformation Manager, who would enjoy working on a large scale transformation for a well known retail organisation with a global presence.
Due to significant growth and acquisitions, an opportunity has arisen for an IT Transformation Manager to take a leading role in establishing the technology environments strategy and driving the tactical and operational activities that underpin it.
The role will encompass reporting to the Head of Technology Delivery Operations as well as, interacting with project, development, and support teams. You will be expected to build a solid understanding of future requirements, gaps and drive forward changes to all environments to ensure they are aligned with production systems and fit for purpose.
The ideal applicant is passionate about delivering good results, well organised, have strong project life cycle experience, and be a team player. Technical expertise should include IT Transformation gained in either the retail or telco sectors.
