Why you are passionate about recruitment?
I have worked on and off in HR and Recruitment for the last 25 years as well as having and bringing up two children. I am particularly proud of my role as Head of HR at WorkDirections. As the fifth member of staff, I saw the organization grow to over 400 in a period of three years. That’s a lot of recruitment! I also love bringing people from different backgrounds into the industry. At Red Snapper Recruitment, I recruited someone from a retail background who went on to become a consistently top-performing consultant.
Why did you join TRM International?

Special skills: Outside of work I love cooking (dessert is my favourite part of any meal) and walking in the beautiful Kent countryside, but my real passion is yachting. I am a qualified Day Skipper and there is nothing I like better than being in Mallorca sipping a cocktail on the flybridge of a beautiful yacht. For my next adventure, I would love to do some island hopping in Greece, Croatia, or Thailand.
Fun fact: My interesting fact is that in the 1990’s I danced next to Robbie Williams at Miss Moneypennies nightclub in Birmingham!
