TRM-International is excited to present an enticing opportunity for a Operations Manager to join a reputable FinTech organisation. This role holds significant importance as it entails providing support to all aspects of the trade lifecycle, presenting the opportunity to work within the dynamic and fast-paced environment of financial markets.
Responsibilities:
Lead and co-ordinate the systematic end-of-day procedures and controls, including pricing.
Support all functions of the trade and position lifecycle including but not limited to execution, confirmation, settlement, Pricing, Financing and Collateral.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of critical control processes such as trade confirmation, prime broker/administrator reconciliation, and break resolution.
Key Skills:
Educated to a degree level.
Prior middle office operational experience, ideally within a financial institution.
Extensive knowledge of various financial products, including Futures, FX, Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
Familiarity with trade matching middleware platforms such as CTM, MarkitServ, Traiana, and TRAX.
Proficiency in areas including Corporate Actions, Futures Delivery, and Prime Brokerage Financing.
Previous experience in management and mentoring.
