TRM International is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager, who would like to take a step up and build their own department.
As Cyber Security Director you will be working as part of an international consulting business, who's roots lie in Operational Excellence and have recently expanded into the realms of Information Security. Althoughernational in nature, this is a boutique consultancy with a small team and a dedicated ethos to simplify, be pragmatic and above all pratical.
Their customers love this no nonsense approach and as such, they are expanding quickly and keen to bring on some more technical knowledge to further support thier clients needs.
You will be working closely with the Managing Partner for Information Security and together, you will help customers with a holistic and practical approach to their Cyber Security problems.
Ideally we are looking for someone, who has a broad understanding of Security Strategy combined with a good understanding of various landscapes and security set ups. Your team will be responsible for providing regular security testing and assessments as well as solution design, implementation and support. We do not expect you to do pen tests (unless you want to!) but you will be more than capabable of manging technical security experts and still be willing to roll up your sleeves to help the team when necessary.
Although there are frameworks in place there is plenty of room for you to provide your own vision and direction to the team. But more importantly you will receive support to help develop yourself and your team to become a succsseful Cyber Security unit.
