Our client is seeking a highly capable and structured Senior Project Manager to join their Head Office and lead a portfolio of complex, interconnected data initiatives at the group level. This role is responsible for delivering projects across data platform architecture, data governance frameworks, and enterprise data management processes. The Senior PM will coordinate with regional project managers, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure timely, consistent, and business-aligned execution.

· Essential Experience and Skills
o Minimum 10 years of project/program management with at least 3 years in Senior Leadership role
o Demonstrated success in data-centric projects
o Experience working within matrix and/or decentralized organizational structures
o Strong organizational and executive communication skills — both verbal and written — with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
o Proven ability to develop and present executive dashboards and reporting packs
o Familiarity with data governance and cataloguing tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation), and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, Databricks)
o Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and ability to work across geographies and time zones
· Desirable Experience
o Experience within financial services, ideally in brokerage, trading, or investment banking
o Experience with data lakes/platforms, governance frameworks, master data, metadata, data quality
o Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services
o Background in managing cross-border, multi-cultural teams
· Skills
o PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required; Agile experience a plus
o Experience in both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies
o Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
o Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
o Ability to translate between technical and business languages
o Fluent in English; fluency in French is a plus
o Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
o Political astuteness and diplomatic approach
o Comfort with ambiguity and complexity
o Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail
· Education
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related discipline
Training in program management methodologies
