Position Overview:

The Lead Generator will play a vital role in driving growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. This position is essential for building a robust pipeline of opportunities, directly contributing to the company’s sales objectives and overall success.

Key Responsibilities:      

•     Research and Identification: Utilize various tools and resources to conduct thorough market research, identifying potential leads and decision-makers within target organizations.      

•     Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media platforms. Develop personalized communication strategies to engage prospects effectively.      

•     Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on their needs, potential fit, and readiness to engage with our services. Gather essential information to determine the best approach for follow-up.      

•     Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and support them in closing deals. Attend regular meetings to discuss lead status and contribute to team strategies.      

•     CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of all interactions with leads and clients in the CRM system. Ensure accurate tracking of leads throughout the sales pipeline.      •     Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns, providing insights based on interactions with prospects and feedback from the sales team.      

•     Networking and Relationship Building: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote them and establish relationships with potential clients.


Qualifications:      

•     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).      •     1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or data solutions industry.      

•     Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.      

•     Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.      

•     Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.      

•     Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.      •     A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
