Business Development Manager – Public Sector - £50,000 -£70,000 + Commission – London


TRM International has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Business

Development Manager to join an industry leading construction company working predominantly within the public sector. This opportunity offers the chance to thrive within a rapidly growing business.


Skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales and or marketing essential.

  • Ideally educated to degree standard.

  • Experience selling within the public sector preferred.

  • Experience in selling to housing authorities / government positions beneficial.

  • Understanding of advertising on local government platforms and council publications advantageous.

  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.

  • Experience of market mapping preferable.

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills

  • Strategic thinker


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and acquiring new customers via public sector frameworks

  • Building relationships with new clients whilst maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.

  • Work with marketing to create and execute a direct and on-line sales and marketing strategy and plan.

  • Deliver against new customer acquisition sales targets and key performance indicators.
