TRM International are seeking to appoint a Business Development Representative to be based in London.
They are a fast-growing Legal Tech company with a common purpose: Protect the people behind the data. With over 160 employees. They offer their customers an end-to-end solution to manage their data privacy and information security. To do that they combine eye-level expert support with a self-developed digital web platform.
YOUR JOB
As their BDR you’ll be the face of the company, talking with prospective new customers and building up a picture of their unique requirements. You’ll go on to help them to continue their conversation with your Sales colleagues. The role requires a tenacious and inquisitive personality who isn’t afraid to ask interesting questions and proactively suggest next steps.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Establish of contact with decision-makers and influencers in our target
Input into, and even creation of account-based marketing campaigns
Presentation of the importance of the topic of data protection for companies and sales positioning of their business solutions
Generation of qualified outbound leads through uncovering Data Privacy requirements and creating interest in their business solutions
Determination of the essential company information and parameters relevant for the further initiation of business by our sales team
Qualification of inbound leads generated from marketing activities
Scheduling and coordination of all necessary preparations (presentations, product demos etc.)
Documentation of all sales opportunities in the CRM system and support in preparing quotations
Achievement of your individual goals regarding contact rate, agreed follow-up appointments and business volume with our SaaS solutions and services
Day-to-day collaboration with UK-based Account Executive and Privacy Consultant
Maintaining and creating our customers in our CRM system
Responsibility for planning and scheduling audit meetings for our customers with our consultants
First point of contact for our customers for appointments and questions about the company, product, or project
Supporting the management in operational and administrative tasks as well as in onboarding and coaching new colleagues

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Completed Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, business informatics or similar, or commercial vocational training with initial work experience
Have at least 2 years customer service experience
Amassed most of the experience in the British market and therefore fully familiar with local business practices, ethics, culture, and etiquette
Excellent skills in addressing experienced managers
Winning, open and sympathetic personality with healthy self-confidence
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Professionalism, authenticity, argumentative strength and quick-wittedness on the phone
Clear head, heart in the right place, willingness to perform and good judgment
High service orientation, enjoy interacting with people and always have an open ear for your environment
You are very organized, like to take responsibility and actively drive improvement processes forward
