Your Opportunity as a Market Data Support Specialist:
As a Market Data Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive exceptional support and assistance with their market data needs.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all incidents are resolved and communicated internally across the engineering teams and the customer base.
As a Market Data Support Specialist is it Essential to Demonstrate:
Experience as part of a service/support team within the Financial Market or IT industry.
Strong Excel skills (including formulas and pivot tables).
Strong ticket management skills.
Data entry for on-boarding data sets for customers.
Other Advantageous Skills:
Experience of generating key KPI’s and presenting findings to senior management.
Any Linux or Windows skills to assist with troubleshooting issues.
Monitoring and troubleshooting systems.
ITIL knowledge/qualifications.
Any experience with electronic trading platforms in Fixed Income or Foreign Exchange.
