Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Technician with a specialization in Intune to join their Team. The ideal candidate will not only provide comprehensive IT support but will also focus on managing and optimizing their clients' Intune compliance and configuration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior IT support experience and a working knowledge of Intune to grow and contribute to their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

·         IT Support: Provide support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.

·         Intune Management: Configure and manage Intune policies and profiles to ensure compliance with security standards and client requirements.

·         Client Consultation: Advise clients on best practices for Intune deployment and compliance, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.

·         System Monitoring: Continuously monitor client systems to identify and address potential issues before they impact business operations.

·         Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configuration settings, compliance measures, and support activities.

·         Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration and support across all client systems.

·         Problem-Solving: Utilize logical thinking and technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex IT problems.

·         Updates and Upgrades: Stay updated with the latest Intune features and updates, ensuring clients benefit from the most recent technologies.
