TRM International are seeking to appoint a passionate Marketing Team Lead to be based in Munich.
They are a fast-growing Legal Tech company with a common purpose: Protect the people behind the data. You are truly passionate about Marketing and master the marketing orchestra of all disciplines to place the company as a category leader. You drive growth through clear and appealing storytelling and tailor-made campaigns on various channels. Likewise, you act as a role model and brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messages on all channels, especially Online-Marketing channels.
You are familiar with Performance marketing methods and your decisions are following a data-driven approach. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
You are responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of our marketing team to develop and deliver high class strategies to foster our growth plans
You own a hands-on mentality in execution of tailor-made marketing campaigns designed to our audience to generate prospects
You have budget and performance responsibility for the marketing area, including monitoring and compliance with the KPIs of the channels for which you are responsible
Close co-operation with business units to meet their strategic and financial goals via effective marketing acquisition and retention
Optimization of our customer journey along the conversion funnel of our online channels
You coach your team, give regular feedback and support them in their personal development and achieving their goals
You act as a sparring partner for the management
You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of the team in line with the company's goals

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Successfully completed university degree in business administration with a marketing or technical focus (e.g. business informatics or similar) or comparable experience
Minimum 3 years of explicit professional marketing experience, ideally in the SaaS environment, experience in metrics-driven lead generation
You have experience in leading marketing teams as well as the ability to attract and retain great people
Experience in leading external service providers and agencies
Outstanding knowledge of performance marketing (especially Google Ads)
Experience with budget management across multiple channels and proven skills in optimizing the RoI
Very good knowledge of conversion rate optimization and user journey optimization
Ability to structure and prioritize independently based on business needs
Committed and transparent communication skills in German and English rounding up your profile
