TRM-International are hiring on behalf of a leading FinTech organisation which specialises in Market Data and Derivatives Trading. We are seeking a Business Analyst who will act as the primary technical bridge between the Product and Development teams.

The Role:
Exposure to the latest technology and software.
To work in a fast-paced environment which will spur you on to progress quickly.
To write technical specs for the development team to help with product development.
To define and propose data models to support product design & system integration and analysing large data sets.
As Business Analyst you should be able to demonstrate:
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
5 years minimum Business Analysis experience in a financial services environment.
Experience in writing clear articulate technical specs for use by the development team for product development.
Experience with financial & trading data.
Experience with at least two of the following asset classes: Rates, FX, Fixed Income or Commodities & Energy.
Experience with Power Query and Power Pivot.
Experience working with developers and technical market data professionals to bring products to the market.
